finely sliced for sandwiches, cold dishes and appetizers with all
types of sauces. Hot: as thick grilled baked or fried slices. Breaded and
fried, as wrapped meat. Sliced in cubes on pasta, pizzas, spiedini (small
wooden spits carrying selected meat cubes).
