Oven cooked Guinea-hen
stuffed with mushrooms

From the famous original recipe, it is a prime boneless guinea-hen flavoured with fresh mushrooms. The particular savoury and soft flavour make it really delicious and tasty. It is a gourmet course, of the highest gastronomic quality; a highly perfected preparation on which all the sewing and binding is performed by hand as with a traditional home made meal.
This product can be sold to: restaurant, pizza restaurant, buffets, bars, delicatessens, cook-shops, mobile buffets, supermarkets, butchers’ shop, canteens and gastronomy.


Cold: finely sliced for sandwiches, cold dishes and appetizers with all types of sauces.
Hot: as thick grilled or baked slices, or even cooked in a bain-marie with their original packets (15 minutes).
Ideal served with salads, vegetables or other dressing.
