Oven cooked turkey breast

A Speciality consisting of selected skinned and fat free turkey breast. The delicate flavour makes it soft and delicious.
This product is perfect for: restaurant, pizza restaurant, buffet, bars, delicatessens, cook-shops, mobile buffets, supermarkets, butchers’shops, canteens and gastronomy.

Cold: finely  sliced for sandwiches, cold dishes and appetizers with all types of sauces.
Hot: as thick grilled backed or fried slices. Breaded and fried, as wrapped meat. Sliced in cubes on: pizza, pasta, spiedini (small wooden spits carrying selected meat cubes).
